Different colors show the different levels of difficulties.  Bright green means the level of the quest is much lower than your level. This kind of quest will be very easy for you to complete, however the rewards will not be reduced.

 Dark green shows that the level of this quest is quite close to your own, so the rewards won’t be reduced. Yellow means that the level of this quest is higher than yours; so you’d better team up with other players. However the rewards including Exp will be increased. Red means that the level of this quest is far higher than yours and it will be very hard for you to complete. However, if you are successful then the rewards are fantastic.
